Engagement
Retainer, project, or embedded in your team — whichever fits. For accounts under €2,000/month a one-off audit is usually better value than a retainer, and I will say so.
Timeline
An audit takes about a week. A full funnel rebuild — creative, landing page, tracking — runs three to four weeks before spend scales.
Access
Partner access to the ad accounts, GA4 and the pixel or CAPI setup. I never ask for passwords, and I work inside your Business Manager, not a copy of it.
Reporting
A weekly read on CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS with the decision attached, plus threshold alerts through n8n so nothing burns budget for a week unnoticed.
