1. Who runs this site

This site is published and maintained by S.C. FOCUS ON CONSISTENCY S.R.L., CUI 51804514, Nr. Reg. Com. J2025035139004, Bucharest, Romania. Correspondence about the site, including anything in these terms, goes to office@raresstoicescu.ro.

The company is the party to these terms. Where the site describes work done for clients, that work was performed under separate agreements to which you are not a party.

2. What this site is

It is a portfolio and a means of contact. It describes past work, publishes performance figures from advertising accounts, and offers a way to get in touch.

Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a proposal of terms, or a commitment to provide any service. Any engagement begins only with a separate written agreement signed by both sides.

3. Figures, case studies and results

Performance figures shown on this site are taken from live reporting in the platforms named alongside them. They describe what happened in specific accounts, in specific markets, at a specific time, under conditions that will not repeat.

They are not a forecast and not a promise. Advertising results depend on the offer, the market, the budget, the competition and factors outside anyone's control. No result shown here should be read as an indication of what any future campaign will achieve.

4. Acceptable use

You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and contact the owner through the means provided.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to the systems behind it, interfere with its operation, extract data by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, submit false or misleading information through its forms, or use the contact details published here to send unsolicited commercial messages.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, code and images of this site belong to S.C. FOCUS ON CONSISTENCY S.R.L., except where a third party's material is identified as such. Screenshots of advertising platforms remain the property of the platforms concerned and are reproduced for illustration.

You may quote short extracts with a link back. Reproducing substantial parts of the site, or presenting its content as your own, requires written permission.

6. Forms and the information you send

When you send a message or complete a form, you confirm that the details you give are your own and are accurate, and that you are entitled to be contacted at the address or number you provide.

Where a form asks you to verify a phone number by code, you accept that a message will be sent to that number for that purpose. How the information is handled afterwards is set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Links to other sites

This site links to social profiles and to third-party platforms. Those destinations are outside its control and have their own terms and their own privacy practices. Following a link is your decision, and what happens there is between you and that site.

8. Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. It is a personal site on shared hosting: it may be unavailable, may contain errors, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from use of this site, from reliance on anything published on it, or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the country where you live.
